QUESTIONS ABOUT THE GAMEPLAY

An escape game is an immersive game which consists of escaping from a location with immersive settings within a limited time, usually 60 minutes.

The team, consisting of 3 to 6 players, must solve riddles and puzzles using hidden clues as well as manipulate objects or mechanisms using teamwork and logic to progress.

The challenge is twofold: to achieve the goal determined by the scenario and to escape from the “room” through team communication and collective thinking.

For nearly ten years, the Escape Game has been incredibly popular with a wide audience of all ages because it is universal ! This is why the professional world is interested in it. We give you many reasons to play an Escape Game on our page Why play escape games ?

A session lasts a maximum of 60 minutes, but you should plan for 1 hour and 20 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes on-site. It includes the welcome, a briefing, a personalized debriefing and the final photo with your team members. 

No. Our escape games are designed to test your mind more than your physical strength. No particular physical condition is required to participate and fully enjoy the experience.

Yes. We offer 2 different themes : The Infernal Cruise and The Recording Studio. Check our website to discover the difference between these 2 rooms.

No. Our games aren’t based on fear, but they can be intense. We want to stimulate your brain and create a sense of pressure. There is no doubt that adrenaline will be part of the experience !

No. To preserve the mystery and experience for further players, it is prohibited to take photos or videos inside the rooms.

Yes. Safety instructions will be provided to you by Game Masters before the game begins. It is important to follow them carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

QUESTIONS ABOUT PARTICIPANTS

Our rooms are made to be played by 2 to 6 players. For larger groups, it is possible to book multiple identical rooms to experience the same game simultaneously. The Studio can be played by groups of up to 12 people, and The Infernal Cruise by groups of up to 18 people.

The minimum age required is 8 years old.

Child mode (8 to 12 years old) : requires one adult present. There are two options:

  1. A parent or responsible adult (we recommend 2 adults) who assist the children throughout the game, helping with puzzle solving and maintaining focus.
  2. Alternatively, we offer a mode without a parent where the Game Master wearing a captain’s cap accompanies the children into the room, guiding them throughout the immersive experience.

Teen mode (12 to 16 years old) : allows a team of young players to be totally autonom in the room, similar to adult mode but with simplified gameplay to enhance enjoyment.

The Joueurz team reserves the right to refuse access to our games if the established rules are not followed.

Our games are available in French and English.

Yes. You can play if you are pregnant. Our rooms are not designed to be scary and do not present any particular obstacles. Playing and having fun during your pregnancy could even be positive for you and your child ! 

No. For safety reasons and respect for the other players, access to the rooms is denied to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

QUESTIONS ABOUT BOOKINGS AND PRICES

The prices for sessions is not the same depending on the number of players per room :

  • 2 players: 104€
  • 3 players: 114€
  • 4 players: 132€
  • 5 players: 150€
  • 6 players: 168€

To do so, you can visit our booking page directly to access the calendar. From there, you can make one or more reservations using our secure payment system, PayPlug.

If you are booking on behalf of a company or organization or if you are planning an event or team building activity, you can find more information on our dedicated page to professionals.

According to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, once your reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.

However, it is possible to modify your reservation under certain conditions which will result in a credit on the invoice for the amount paid minus a deduction based on the following cases:

Booking made less than 24 hours and more than 4 hours before the reservationCredit on invoice without deduction
Cancellation request more than 14 days before the reservationCredit on invoice without deduction
Cancellation request between 13 days and 48 hours before the reservation

Credit on invoice with a deduction of 30%

Cancellation request between 48 hours and 4 hours before the reservation

Credit on invoice with a deduction of 104€

All cancellation or modification requests must be made via email to contact@joueurz.fr

The Credit on invoice  is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE D-DAY AT JOUEURZ

No. It is not necessary. We encourage you to arrive at the time of your reservation.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, Joueurz reserves the right to refuse your team in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. Since our sessions are “live,” it takes 30 minutes for the Joueurz team to reset the room and welcome the next team under the best conditions.

No, there is no need to wear special attire. However, we recommend comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes to ensure you can move easily during the game.

Yes. It is prohibited to bring mobile phones, electronic devices or bags into the rooms. Lockers are available for you to safely store your personal belongings before the game begins.

We follow the health recommendations in force to guarantee your safety. This includes regular cleaning of rooms and surfaces, and the provision of hydroalcoholic gel.
